My guess is that the national media won't throw this in Washington fans' faces for the next 20 years. That said, I couldn't help but chuckle at this...
Politicians and sports just don't mix...

People just love to hate on Philly and it's our fault because we let it get to us.
I've been around and I can tell you that Philly fans have a lot more passion and knowledge than most city's do. We are just really blue collar and too negative a lot of the time.
We shouldn't lose our cool over national media's opinion of us, most of these guy's are really about as qualified as we are to breakdown sports. The heck with them and it's your fault if it bothers you that people label us as terrible people or fans.
