I've said many many times in the past that no one gets more fluff pieces written about him than Jeremy Bloom. It seems that when a writer has a deadline due and can't think of anything... they whi out a Bloom fluff piece. (Philly.com)
How about a super early look at how the final roster may shake out? (Iggles Blog)
It seems that the infamous behavior of the Eagles fans in the 700 level is being adopted by Phillies fans in the 300 level. (700 Level)

Sampy and Dorenbos
And I doubt that Dorenbos makes the cut if they let Celek play long snapper. Which means they could hold onto one of either Scott Young, Ryan Moats, Greg Lewis, Lee Vickers, or Bill Sampy instead.

WOAH
"It was disappointing at first," he said. "I went through a 24-hour period where I was really upset I couldn't compete. After that, I realized what the opportunity was. They were allowing me to do everything with the team, study the game, have access to the systems here where we can watch any team, any defense, with just the click of a button.
"It was such a great opportunity to have that year, and I'm pleased with the progression."

''It was difficult at first when they told me I'd be on IR,'' Bloom said Wednesday after a minicamp workout for rookies and other players still relatively new to the Eagles. ''I was really upset for the first 24 hours. But then I looked at it as an opportunity to be in the weight room, study films and have this practice facility available. It was a great opportunity.''

If you're quoting a guy, it must be his exact words. I'm inclined to trust the Inq on this, but this is just lazy, shoddy reporting reminiscent of the dude that started the McNabb rumor. What's going on in journalism?
