SBN Mock Draft Round 1 done!
Round one of the the 2007 SBN mock draft over at Field Gulls. is finished. We are still aiming for a 3 round affair and are well into the second round now. If all goes well, I should be on target to make the 2nd Eagles pick sometime early next week. As you know I took a corner in round one, mostly because I thought he was the best player left on the board and it was legit position of need. In the second round I'll be looking to take the best player available that's a RB, LB, TE, or Safety... The snazzy table is courtesy of our new Bills blog, Buffalo Rumblings.

I don't think so
Also, I would not have picked him if Houston was still on the board. I probably also would have picked Griffin or Merriweather over him.

there's a reason Lawrence
his most attractive quality is his knack for finding the ball and putting are hard hit to it. Whoever drafts him wont be disappointed
the same goes for LB Buster Davis, these guys have ridiculous motors

What worries people
However, his performance on the field is what makes me think that's not true. It's pretty simple, against the best WRs in this draft he stepped up and shut them down this year. Even without his phenominal combine workout, I think he'd still be a #1 pick thanks to what he did this year on the field.
