Around SBN: Steve McNair Dead - Former NFL QB Shot and Killed

Bills TE Kevin Everett... kicks cop? (very bad news screwup!)

So is this some kid in the back room trying to be funny or is this just a genuine mistake on the newscast's part?

Just a little back story for anyone that doesn't know... Kevin Everett is a TE for the Bills that was paralyzed after a hit he took earlier this season. Luckily, he has shown signs of progress since then.

hmm...
that guy didnt look like Kevin Everett

and btw, i'd be curious to know what other BGer's thought of Trent Green's "head block" yesterday and the stuff that ensued.

Personally I thought the guy from the Texans acted like a complete ass... however I do agree with him being upset about the cheap block... i thought it was cheap

I agree
but still, you don't go talk trash to a guy laying motionless on the field.

Was he talking trash?
Or yelling at him for potentially career ending cheap shot at his knees?  I think the fact that Green was motionless isn't relevant.  All the Texan guy was thinking was this guy could have really hurt me.

Overrated...
Maybe... if you think about it, without Romo's 6 turnovers Dallas would have destroyed the Bills like many believed they would. I think they showed a lot of resilience...
I'm not a cowboys fan but I have to admit, that was one of the most exciting endings to a game i've seen in a while.

That sucked
TO was really sulking over there. Now we get to hear even more about the legend of Tony Romo, the only active player to be enshrined in Canton. If only Buffalo's QB hadn't thrown that stupid INT.  All they needed was FG!

The timeout
I really hate that rule that let's a coach call a timeout like that. Even though it's Dallas, I almost didn't mind that the kid hit the kick. I really can't stand that rule.

Frankly, I just caught the end of that game. I was watching baseball tonight. I did pick the Bills to cover 10 though...
