Maybe Reueben Frank is reading too much into this... but this quote from Eli Manning was interesting.

When Eli Manning was asked about the Giants' lopsided but sloppy 35-14 win over the Cowboys — three turnovers, eight penalties, lots of missed opportunities — he quickly announced that the Giants would need a much better effort this Sunday.

In other words, to the Giants, the Eagles right now are more of a challenge than the freefalling Cowboys.

"We are going to have to be a lot better because we are playing a good team this week,” Manning said. "We can't afford to have that many turnovers on offense.”

I like Eli Manning just a bit more today...
