2012 estimated cap
even w/ all the moves last year, we still have over 13.5 mil in cap space. we get rid of asante, winston, jamaal and others who eat up cap, we can have a lot of money to spend on free agents (buress, jones, woodyard, dunbar, hawthorne, tulloch, others who can be options) and resign people, too (desean maybe?, mathis, dunlap, landri, heard about laws being signed to multiyear deal.) you don`t have to cut/trade jenkins either, now.

Still missing you, Weave.
Nnamdi's replacement gets cut
Pretty surprising but they need to solve some of their cap issues and he signed an unjustifiable contract last offseason. Routt is fast as hell and a good player but he's not worth what they paid him.
Vick most disliked athlete in America
Can't say I'm surprised he is on the list, but I am surprised that he's #1.
Free agent WR Burress reportedly eyeing Eagles
Burress "badly wants to play for the Philadelphia Eagles." I guess I'd rather have him catching passes in the redzone than Riley Cooper, but only if Colt Anderson remains on the team to fufill the NFL's long haired white guy requirement.
DeSean Jackson a top 5 free agent
According to Pete Prisco...
Just met with #Eagles new DBs coach Todd Bowles. He said he turned down jobs as DC in Oak and DBs coach in Cincy to come here.

Vincent Jackson not likely to be franchised
"I don’t see any way he’s back there," La Canfora said Tuesday on "NFL Total Access."
"The Chargers won’t franchise him, they’ve come out and said that."
Midway through the 2005 Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles, New England safety Eugene Wilson went out injured, which sent a rookie into the game. But the Eagles' coaching staff did not realize there was a backup at safety until about five minutes remained. Then the Eagles, who had only one receiver per side most of the second half, lined up with double wides and ran a deep post at the new defender -- touchdown. The Patriots held on to win by three. Had Philadelphia attacked the novice safety earlier, the outcome could have been different
