Wentz missed last week's game and is missing tonight's after suffering a hairline fracture of his ribs in the first preseason game on August 11th. After sitting out last week, Wentz returned to practice in a limited capacity earlier this week. The Eagles had hoped he would recover in time for the final preseason game against the Jets, and with that game five days away, it appears that Wentz will get the green light.
John Clark and Dave Zangaro of Comcast SportsNet has some good video of Wentz throwing in warm ups earlier tonight.
