Eagles starting left guard Brandon Brooks had an injury scare despite only playing a few snaps in Philadelphia's 17-9 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night. Brooks left the game early with a biceps injury, which doesn't sound great. Despite this, Brooks wants everyone to know he's OK.
I appreciate the concern Eagles fans but nothing serious I'll be fine just a precaution. Good team win tonight though #FlyEaglesFly

Brooks missed the first week or so of training camp this summer due to a hamstring injury. Stefen Wisniewski filled in for him during that time.
The Eagles are fortunate Brooks didn't suffer a more serious injury. Philadelphia's offensive line situation is very tenuous right now. Left tackle Jason Peters missed the Eagles' first preseason game after suffering a quad injury in practice. Lane Johnson is reportedly facing a 10-game suspension.
Philadelphia resumes training camp practice on Saturday, Aug. 13. We'll see if Brooks is able to return by then.
