Philadelphia Eagles football is finally back! OK, so it's not "real" football since it's only the preseason, but it's still better than nothing. The Eagles are scheduled to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 7:00 PM ET on Thursday evening to kick off the first week of the 2016 NFL Preseason. This is the first time the Birds will suit up at Lincoln Financial Field since the end of the 2015 season.
Philadelphia's starters will likely only play a series or two, so about eight to 14 snaps. Sam Bradford will start at quarterback before veteran backup Chase Daniel finishes off the first half. And then the moment everyone's waiting for will take place ... future Eagles franchise quarterback Carson Wentz will play for most of the second half. It'll be interesting to see Wentz in his first NFL game action.
Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the game.
