Let's get to the Philadelphia Eagles links ...
Ranking all 32 NFL QB situations - PFF
24) Carson Wentz is the QB of the future. The only question is how far away that future is, and whether Chase Daniel will keep him as the No. 3 guy for a stretch in the meantime. Teams often intend to bring their rookie QB along slowly, but it so rarely works out that way if the starter struggles or, maybe more likely in Bradford’s case, gets hurt. Both Bradford and Daniel are receiving significant money, so the Eagles are financially incentivized to get use out of them before they turn to Wentz, and Bradford actually played pretty well last season. In an ideal world, this is a great QB situation, but the chance Bradford plays well enough to keep the QB controversy at bay is small in a town like Philadelphia, where the fans will voice their displeasure quickly. This has the potential to become pretty chaotic pretty quickly.
Eagles rookie NFL player comparisons: Halapoulivaati Vaitai - PhillyVoice
When looking for player comps, I discovered that he actually had very similar workout numbers as former Eagle Todd Herremans. However, Herremans showed much more athleticism on tape than Vaitai. (I just thought it was interesting to show the similar numbers). I think a better comp would be former Penn State and New York Giants OT Kareem McKenzie, who had a similar lack of athleticism, but made up for it with run blocking skills and underrated footwork. Vaitai's measurables are similar to McKenzie's as well.
Reasonable Expectations For Doug Pederson - Birds 24/7
Reid and Kubiak’s rookie years look to be reasonable expectations for what to expect in Pederson’s rookie season. Both teams had double-digit losses and finished last in their respective divisions. The current Eagles roster resembles Houston’s a little more, as the Texans had some more youth and talent than the Eagles did. Pederson does have a lack of experience compared to many current coaches. He was an offensive coordinator for just three seasons in Kansas City and a quarterbacks coach for two seasons. He does have some head coaching experience in high school at Calvary Baptist Academy in Louisiana.
How Will Doug Pederson Impact Jordan Matthews? - RotoViz
The most likely scenario seems to be that Matthews will return about equal value, considering his ADP of WR23, based on capturing something like 120 targets at his 2015 efficiency of 1.80 PPR points per target. But if the most likely scenario doesn’t play out then I think the next most likely scenarios are that Matthews dips down into the 100 target range which would put him somewhere closer to WR36 by the end of the year. I want no part of that. We often talk about outcomes being asymmetric in your favor, but Jordan Matthews in 2016 is an example of a player where the outcomes are asymmetric against you.
Draft Zach Ertz in Fantasy Football (and never stop) - Player Profiler
Zach Ertz was one of the most heavily targeted tight ends in the second of last season, and was the most heavily targeted tight end in the NFL in December more than 11-targets per game over his last four games. The Eagles did not add a passing game weapon of consequence this offseason (sorry Rueben Randle truthers). Apart from perhaps Jordan Matthews, there is no alpha target in the Eagles’ passing game. Given this usage upswing, Zach Ertz‘s 97.0 ADP on MyFantasyLeague.com is stunning.
In Two Weeks, Eagles Dig In For Camp - PE.com
If it seems like forever since the Eagles suited up and played some football, it pretty much is in terms of our level of anticipation for what is ahead in 2016. The wait is nearly over, though, as the team opens Training Camp on July 24 for rookies, selected veterans and quarterbacks ...
Eagles Better or Worse 2016: Quarterbacks - CSN Philly
The potential certainly exists for Bradford to reach new highs. Whether he can finally live up to his promise is a different story. Then again, even if 2016 is merely a continuation of the second half to last season, Bradford should be vastly improved overall. Seeing as there probably isn't much of a drop-off or any at all from Sanchez or Lewis to Daniel or Wentz, the Eagles' offense appears to be in better hands regardless.
Scouts say Eagles shouldn't rush QB Carson Wentz - NJ.com
"The kid has potential, no doubt about that,'' a top-ranking NFC personnel man said. "But I don't think he's close to being ready to go out and start. That's my opinion, but it sounds like it's their opinion, too. "I never want to play a rookie (quarterback) right away and especially a guy coming from where he came. That's a really big jump. Give him time, let him watch and learn. What's the rush?''
2016 NFL Preview: The Eagles, and their underrated dysfunction - Yahoo
The Philadelphia Eagles fired Andy Reid after the 2012 season. Three years later, they hired Reid’s top assistant to be their new head coach. The Eagles stripped Howie Roseman of personnel duties to give them to Chip Kelly last year. Then they restored Roseman’s GM power after firing Kelly, demoting and promoting Roseman back to his old job in less than a year. Roseman proceeded to dump many of the players Kelly acquired, practically giving a few away. Does all of this sound normal to everyone?
While the QB leads an offense, some teams provide far better surrounding pieces than others. - Sports on Earth
29. Philadelphia Eagles - Charting for the Pre-Snap Reads Quarterback Catalogue revealed that Sam Bradford lost 55 receptions for at least 598 yards and at least two touchdowns to receiver error last season. Only four quarterbacks lost more receptions, all of whom threw more passes, and only six lost more yards. Bradford lost a reception to one of his receivers every 9.7 attempts, one of only seven players with a number below 10. The major receiver issues the Eagles faced last season don't look improved this year, but there is slightly more hope for the offensive line after the addition of guard Brandon Brooks and the increased competition on the interior. Darren Sproles remains on the roster, while he, Ryan Mathews and Wendell Smallwood have been under-appreciated in the aftermath of Murray's departure.

The former Eagles punter is doing well for himself.
