An Ideal and Entirely Possible Draft Day

If Mariota were to fall in the draft, which is hard to tell how likely that is at this point, I think the Eagles are in great position to move up to grab MM and still fill their remaining holes.

The Browns already offered their 19th pick for Bradford, which Kelly turned down. Again, if Mariota falls on draft day, Chip should call up Cleveland offering Bradford and a 4th/3rd to grab his man with the 12th pick. The Browns have already shown interest in Bradford, and I can see them accepting this deal. The Eagles would have their franchise quarterback for only Bradford and a mid-round pick.

The Eagles would still have their 20th pick and could hopefully land Landon Collins and fill their hole at safety.

Kelly would need to acquire at least one Duck, and I would love to see them trade up for Jake Fisher in the 2nd round. He would bring in more youth to an aging and expensive line, and pairing with Lane Johnson would give the Eagles their two future tackles.

Acquiring a receiver would be the next step, and I think there are some appealing, and cheaper, options available beyond the first two rounds. Kelly has already looked at Nelson Agholor, and I also like Dorsett out of Miami. I would love to see them take a chance on Green-Beckham earlier because he has the talent to be a top-10 pick if he didn't have his character issues.

Many of these options are quite possible, but what makes this scenario fantastic would obviously be acquiring Mariota. IF he falls, I hope Kelly picks up the phone. He wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't.
