For the first time in a long time, Riley Cooper no longer has long hair. The Philadelphia Eagles receiver has a new look coming off the bye week.

Apparently he feels like the haircut is an improvement for him.
Breaking: @RileyCooper_14 has cut his hair short in back. First time in 9 years, he said. Feels better. (Also, less wind resistance?)

And teammates are already taking notice:

Cooper is arguably one of the team's best receivers this year, which isn't saying very much. In fact, it's pretty depressing. The 28-year-old pass catcher currently leads the team in yards per reception (18.6) and touchdowns (2). Maybe the haircut will help him be even faster. OK, probably not. But hey, it can't hurt.
Cooper isn't the only Eagles player with long hair to change his look this season. Starting center Jason Kelce also got a trim:

All of this is very important.
