The receipt is from Del Frisco's Steakhouse in Philadelphia, located near City Hall. As you can see, that's quite an expensive dinner at a total of $17,747. To no surprise, some of the most expensive items were alcoholic beverages.
While some might assume Lane Johnson and some other veterans made the Eagles rookie pay for their bill in a form of hazing, it seems like Johnson is the one who paid for the rookies to have a nice time. At least that's what this tweet from veteran Eagles offensive lineman Todd Herremans indicates:
.@Lanejohnson65 Thank you sir! You are a very generous teammate.— Mr. Herremans (@toddherremans) June 7, 2014
Or perhaps I'm wrong and Johnson is just messing with everyone, I don't know. There's not a lot of context here. In any case, someone had a good time on Friday night.

For those of you so concerned with MY business, I am grateful to be able to treat my O-line to such a great evening VOLUNTARILY!— Lane Johnson (@Lanejohnson65) June 8, 2014
