I live in New Jersey, so my day started at the West Trenton Septa Station.
This was my view as I approached the park. I arrived around 11:20. Most of the people there at that time appeared to be from Dietz and Watson. A good crowed gathered by the time Jason Kelce arrived, however.
Despite loving the Eagles, I can count the number of times I've been in Philadelphia on one hand. Rittenhouse Park seems to be a really nice place.
The beanbag toss game, featuring Jason Kelce.
Jason Kelce arrived around 11:45.
First he played beanbag toss with people lined up, then took pictures with each group. I was too intimidated to ask for a picture, but he did hug me.
Then he went over to man the "grill"... which actually consisted of handing out hot dogs and sausages.
They were not actually tossing beanbags, just taking pictures. For reference, I am 5'5". Both of these men are gigantic. Connor Barwin had just finished scarfing half a hot dog. Todd Herremans still has one in his hand.
And finally, I cross the Delaware back into the lovely state of New Jersey.
I took a total of 63 pictures, most with a camera, and some from my phone. You can see them all here.
