Hopeful - B. Smith, A Benn, or Momeh can get their speed back with another year removed from their injuries and be #4-5 receivers. I think Earl Wolfe may be out of favor with Chip "he is not on the field" so I see them taking (2) Safeties with (1) in Rd 1 or 2. Depth at ILB is a concern especially with Jake Knott suspended for (4) games. Bullough could get on the field giving Cole a breather on the outside too but I don't feel the urgency for an "edge" rusher. Coach Davis figured out how to get Cole to QB later in the season. The Eagles need a push in the middle, that will create lanes for Curry, Cox, Thornton. Better Safety play will also help, but the front (4) had time to get there last year and did not. The push in the middle is the answer, gets the QB off his spot. Haven't had that push since Corey Simon left. Mike Patterson was close but switching to 3-4 Birds need that Vince Woolfolk/Gil Brown mountain in the middle. Where multiple picks are listed, take best available
Rd 1 - S/WR/NT Clinton-Dix / Allen Robinson / Ra Shede Hageman
Rd 2 - S/LB Shazier for Safety like Gregg Cosell's piece on him sub 4.4 - 40 / Jimmie Ward
Rd 3 - LB Max BulloughRd 4 - NT Justin Ellis
Rd 5 - C/G Gabe Ikard / Cyril Richardson
Rd 7 - WR - Jeff Janis
Undrafted FA - RB Terrance West
For all you smart son of a guns who will make a stupid comment, look back to my post the day before FA started calling Chris Maragos to the Eagles as my first pick in FA. Somebody in the front office thinks the same way.
