The Philadelphia Eagles earned a big victory over their top rival on Thanksgiving with a dominating win over the Cowboys in Dallas. The final score favored the road team, 33-10. Here's what we learned from the game. The Eagles advanced to 9-3 on the season.
It's a win that Philadelphia fans can take lots of pride in. The Eagles thoroughly beat their NFC East rival. The team completely dominated the game in the trenches on both sides of the ball. The offensive line game Mark Sanchez time to throw and opened up big holes for star running back LeSean McCoy. Philaelphia's defensive line dominated a highly-hyped Cowboys offensive line and kept NFL leading rusher DeMarco Murray contained to a 3.7 yards per carry average. That unit also generated a strong pass rush and managed to sack Tony Romo four times.
