Riley Cooper Not Returning

CSN Philly reports that the Eagles are favoring Maclin and DeSean Jackson as the two outside threats and will let Cooper walk into free agency.

This season, Riley Cooper thrived in Chip Kelly's offense, finishing the season with 835 yards and eight touchdowns. With Cooper out of the picture, Maclin's chances of getting a contract extension become a lot better. After missing an entire season with a torn ACL, Maclin will likely receive a one-year deal opposed to a long-term contract.
