I´ve been in the BGN for a while – mostly as a reader – just lurking around news, fanposts and Eternals. I had only one post that got me banned for a week (Brazilian nude girls on a Eternal, just got to excited, forgot about the rules, fuck the police and so on).
For those who weren’t there at that time, I’m a Brazilian guy, living in Brazil my whole life. No, it’s not a jungle or something like that. We do have big cities and nice buildings and stuff. Acctually, I live in an apartment, not a tree house. Also, I’ve a stable job that allows me to go to the US once in a while.
Last year, I went to my first Eagles game in my life – unfortunately, Lions @ Eagles in Oct 14. Still, I felt in love for this amazing city and those cheese steaks. And the Lincoln Financial Field is just awesome. Even though our upsetting result, I couldn’t hide the smile on my face for such amazing experience
For this year, I’m planning on going to Washington DC on our 1st game in the Season. I have a wedding on Philly that I’m supposed to attend on the Sep 7th (so, I’ll be at Philly before the game and probably after) and I plan to extend my trip to the Fedex Field. What do you guys recommend?
Should I stay in Washington after the game or is there a way to comeback to Philly after the game – like an organized field trip? I have seen on a map, but is the Fedex Field so far away from any hotel as it seems?
How is the game atmosphere there? Should I consider staying at Philly and watch the game at a sports bar?
Thanks so much for any help or comments.
