ADDiBona's 2013 NFL Draft Recap: Pre-Day 3

I must say I'm pretty ecstatic with the Eagles draft and I love what Chip Kelly and Howie Roseman have done so far. They addressed two major needs with Lane Johnson and Bennie Logan. They also got an amazingly versatile offensive weapon with Zach Ertz. If I had to give them a grade based soley on the first two days, it'd be a solid A- or B+. I'm only a little skeptical about taking Logan over Jonathan Jenkins, Jesse Williams and Brandon Williams but it could come down to versatility, character, injury concerns (with Jesse Williams), etc. But here it goes, my recap for the Eagles' first three picks of the 2013 NFL Draft!

1st Round: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma

My Thoughts: Not much to be said about this pick here, the 3rd-best offensive tackle on the board. By far the most athletic offensive lineman in the draft with the highest upside, perfect fit for Chip Kelly's uptempo scheme.

2nd Round: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford

My Thoughts: We already got out Hernandez-esque TE with the signing of James Casey and here is our Gronk-esque TE. A huge versatile target that can line-up anywhere on the field and is a "nightmare matchup" according to Chip Kelly for almost any defender at 6'5", 250 lbs. Ertz can improve his blocking a bit but when it comes to catching the ball, he might've been the best in the draft and knows how to use his body exceptionally well.

3rd Round: Bennie Logan, DT, LSU

My Thoughts: Let's just get this out of the way now. I'm going to call dibs on now calling Bennie Logan, "Bennie Rozay", I mean just look at that screams Rick Ross to me! On a more serious note, a projected 2nd round prospect on most people's boards, Logan has the build and potential to play almost anywhere on the line, in any alignment. He has great explosion off the line and consistently took on double teams at LSU freeing up holes for players such as Barkevious Mingo and Sam Montgomery. He also wore #18 at LSU which is part of a tradition there in which the coaches and training staff vote on the player with the best character and leadership qualities, so having a guy that will work hard, have the right mentality and a team-first attitude will be great for our locker room. There are questions about Logan's experience and real position but I think the coaching staff has a plan in mind.

Now heading into day 3 and rounds 4 through 7, here are a ton of players (33, to be exact) I'd like to see the Eagles go after:
