Basically, I added a risk component to the overall equation. So now it looks like this:
Consensus Ratings - Player/Position Risk + Positional Impact Bonus = Total Grade
The risk component is comprised of two parts: the historical positional success rate of each position and the individual player's ratings standard deviation. Here are the positional miss rates, they were derived from all players drafted in the 1st or 2nd round between 1999 and 2011.
Additionally, the Positional Impact component has been updated. I've used a different method for measuring positional value, eliminating the effects of rookie contracts and non-contributing players.

The overall idea of this system is to provide a better "default prospect ranking", one that accounts for both risk and reward by position as well as the general scouting evaluations of every player.
