I am obsessed with the monster we call the off-season. It is such an amazing time or mystery and guess-work. I think the unpredictability of the off-season is what intrigues me the most and also seeing how dynamic of a change a team can make from one season to the next with a key player here and there. We have a new coach who will set up a new set of trends, have a new set or type of player they like and will bring in a new personality.
I, for one, and very eager to see this team pick up a "tough-guy" mentality on defense with a "silent-confidence". With that in mind I did a mock draft and a free agent list that I think will create this personality and make us a contender for years to come.Without further waiting, I present my off-season plans.

FREE AGENCY
I looked at the age of each free agent and decided that if we are going to build a strong team we should build around need and youth. I was thinking about who could be on the team for 3-4 years, bring immediate impact, and grow and help the team get better. I thought that these guys could do that.
