My guess is that similar to the effect of not allowing DB's to touch WR's after the initial 5 yds had on the passing game, the RB not being able to be as physical after the LOS (lowering head and shoulder) will have YAC (yards after contact) for big backs.--------------------------------------------------------------------- Brown has speed so it may not effect him as much as guys like, Trent Richardson, Marshawn Lynch, Alfred Morris, and AP. But it def has an impact. Defenders no longer have to worry about and situate themselves position wise to avoid or absorb a fully lowered shoulder. A RB's chest will be available for form tackling like never before AND SO WILL THEIR KNEES! Do big RB's lose some value because of this? IMO YES big time.
