All indications point to Michael Vick starting against the New York Giants on Sunday. The veteran quarterback passed his "sprint test" and it was determined he is able to play. It remains to be seen how effective Vick will be regarding his hamstring injury.
Behind him, Nick Foles won't be active. He's still out with a concussion. That means the backup QB against the Giants will be rookie Matt Barkley.
Starting cornerback Bradley Fletcher is listed as probable, which is good news. The Eagles are thin at CB. Fletcher missed practice on Wednesday but assured the media he would be ready to go on Sunday. It looks like he wasn't lying.
Cedric Thornton and Patrick Chung are listed as questionable. Both were limited participants in practice all week. Thornton has been playing very well at defensive end for the Eagles, so it would be a significant loss if he can't play. Chung just hasn't been able to stay healthy or recover.
Jake Knott is also out. Knott's depth/special teams role will be filled by Emmanuel Acho.
Chris Polk looks to return to the active game day roster after missing last week against the Cowboys.
