For the second straight week, Michael Vick might not be healthy enough to play on Sunday.
The words came straight from the quarterback's mouth:
Spoke to Michael Vick short while ago. Said it's very unlikely he plays Sun. So unless there's a drastic change Nick Foles will start again.

This notion seems to make sense considering the reports that came out last week saying Vick would not only miss the Bucs game, but possibly the Cowboys game as well.
The Eagles held a light practice on Tuesday and Vick was reportedly limited. He's clearly not 100%. Vick is still dealing with a hamstring injury he suffered in the Giants game in week 5. While he said last week he could play if he had to, Vick admitted he would be limited to throwing the ball from the pocket. His injury hampers his mobility, which is obviously a big part of Vick's game.
But what about Nick Foles? The second year quarterback played well in the Eagles victory against the Buccaneers. Has he earned the starting job? Chip Kelly said he isn't ready to make that decision yet, but he wouldn't close the door on a QB change. When asked if Vick is the Eagles starting QB if he's 100% healthy, Chip responded:
Until we know what the health is I'm not saying what anybody or anybody is. All of my decisions are made whether it's James Casey with a groin or Mike with a hamstring or Chris Polk with a shoulder. All our decisions on who is going to play is based on health.
On Tuesday, offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur reiterated Chip's message.
Coach Kelly will address those issues about who the quarterback is when both of them are healthy. At this point we’ll go with Nick, and when Mike’s healthy we’ll have that discussion
Keep in mind that nothing is official yet, but it will be interesting to see how Vick handles practice this week.

In non-QB news, Patrick Chung is still dealing with a shoulder injury. According to Bill Davis, it's "nerve related". Jason Peters (shoulder) and Chris Polk (shoulder) also weren't able to participate in Tuesday's light practice.
