What should we expect week 1 against the Browns? We should expect that Andy Reid has this Eagles team ready to dominate. This first game should be a great barometer of how good this Eagles team can be. I say this because Andy has plenty of time during the preseason to focus on game 1. I know that the preseason is to evaluate players, but it is also a wealth of time to focus on opponent number 1 of the regular season. I say dominate because we are going up against a rookie QB, rookie starting running back (if he plays) and very raw WR's. It will be interesting to see how dominant our Defense can be against what I consider a bottom of the barrel offense in the NFL. What worries me is what i have been seeing all preseason which are dink and dunk screens and short passes that go for far too many yards because our line puts its ears back to get after the QB. I think our D would be that more dominant if they mixed and matched the wide nine with other looks so that teams can't use the screen plays against us.

Outside of Joe Haden, Jabaal Sheard, Frostee Rucker, D'Qwell Jackson, and Sheldon Brown the Cleveland Browns projected 2012 defense has guys named Ahtyba Rubin, John Hughes, Kaluka Maiava, T.J. Ward, Scott Fujita and Eric Hagg. Our potent offense should put up huge numbers against the likes of this defense. Joe Haden is a very good CB so i would give you that match up against either Maclin or Desean, but whoever of the two has the Sheldon Brown match up should be lighting it up. Our run game against this line should keep the chains moving as well. Who are Rubin and Hughs?? Lets pound the ball. Hell give Bryce Brown 5-6 touches up the middle to change things up. He looks like a beast.

To me the Browns are a 4-12 team at best this year b/c of their division. To show that we are a dominant team I would like to see a score like 31-10.
