Every week, the NFL awards the GMC "Never Say Never" moment of the week for teams that showed "determination and perseverance." This week, the nominees are the Giants, Cardinals and the Eagles.

Vick leads Eagles to another late-game win: The Philadelphia Eagles are a rare team that is off to a 2-0 start. More amazingly, the Eagles are the first team in NFL history to do so with one-point victories in each of their first two games. As was the case in a Week 1 win over the Cleveland Browns, the Eagles overcame numerous turnovers to turn away the Baltimore Ravens after QB MICHAEL VICK scored the winning touchdown with 1:55 left to earn a 24-23 victory.
