We wanna see the guy that 2 years ago, wowed the football world, played up to the par with Tom Brady and was a dark horse candidate for MVP. The same guy we gave 100 million smackaroo's too. We haven't seen him since and a good part of the reason why is the insistence that Vick make more plays from the pocket, so as to 'keep him healthy'.

Michael Vick is NOT McNabb, those extra 2 or 3 inches make a whole difference in seeing over the O-Line. Not only that, but Michael Vick has never been a guy to throw check downs, reading through progressions and receiver routes. In short, Michael Vick is NOT a WCO QB. So stop trying to make him one.

Instead, Michael Vick is a freestyle QB. This offense is a freestyle offense, or it used to be. We used to run some Wildcat Variations for Desean Jackson to get him the football and let his speed go to work. Some more of that please. With Jason Avant as your trusty Slot Receiver and Lesean McCoy as one of the Best RB'S in the NFL(Yes, Reid, one of THE best). There are various options out there for the offense to flow, and for Vick to manage to actually complete his passes.

Despite what 'offensive geniuses' Reid/Morty claim themselves to be, the offense has gotten pitifully stale. If they want to keep their jobs, protect their QB and put this team in the best position to win today, they'll try opening up their playbook.
