With Riley Cooper definitely out for next Sunday and Jeremy Maclin now dealing with a hip flexor injury, the Eagles were down to only 3 healthy WRs. That may be changing quickly as WR Mardy Gilyard tweeted that he's back with the Eagles.
I'm back in Philly aye!!!! Time to do work!!!!! #Turnup!!!!

Gilyard was with the Eagles through the preseason and was very impressive. I argued that of all the non-locks in the WR corps, he was the best performer. However, he didn't make it through cuts.
Gilyard isn't practice squad eligible, so if he's back its to be on the 53 man roster. Oh and for the Chad Hall haters out there, he's a free agent right now and it was Gilyard that got the call. So it seems like the Chad era really is over.
