Earlier Jordan Raanan talked about the studs and duds from yesterday and took the pulse from the fans on social media, but I figured we'd put it to a straight up vote. Who gets your game ball from Sunday?

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie - DRC made us forgot Asante Samuel pretty quickly with his performance in his first start. We saw everything that made him a Pro Bowl corner on display. The size, speed and ball skills... He grabbed two picks and both were the result of him first blanketing the WR, then simply going up to take the ball away.

"That's just a great day and start just a personal standpoint," said DRC, "but I give credit to the d-line because I knew the ball was going to have to come out fast and I was just snapping my head around to just get a feel for where the ball is. You know when there is an opportunity for an interception, you have to make it."

DeMeco Ryans - I thought he set the tone for the entire defense. He was in the middle of every play and came up big in both the run and pass game. Like I said yesterday, he really must have been taking it easy in preseason, because yesterday he looked every bit the Pro Bowler he was before his injury.

Kurt Coleman - Both of his INTs were very opportunistic, but you've got to credit him for making the play. Look no further than L.J. Fort to learn what happens when you don't come down with picks. Coleman also did an excellent job in the run game and provided us with probably the best GIF of week 1.

LeSean McCoy - Touched the ball 26 times and produced 136 yards. He did have the fumble, but really was one of the few offensive players that consistently produced. We had worries about whether he could produce at the same level as last year without Jason Peters, but so far those fears have been allayed.
