Eagles 53 man roster prediction

Let's get straight to it

QB (3) Mike Vick, Nick Foles, Trent Edwards

Some people think Kafka is safe because he still is Marty's project, we drafted Foles this year we don't need two projects. Edwards has looked good in games & before Kafka got hurt he didn't look good(to be fair it was against the Steelers).

HB (4, 7) LeSean McCoy, Dion Lewis, Bryce Brown, Stanley Havili

Polk is a better blocker then Brown but Brown has better upside & is simply more talented.

TE (2, 9) Brent Celek, Clay Harbor

No surprises here

WR (6, 15) DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant, Damaris Johnson, Riley Cooper, Marvin McNutt

McNutt is Cooper insurance since he is still hurt

OL (9, 24) King Dunlap, Evan Mathis, Jason Kelce, Danny Watkins, Todd Herremans, Demetress Bell, Julian Vandervelde, Steve Vallos, Dennis Kelly

No surprises here

DL (10, 34) Trent Cole, Derek Landri, Cullen Jenkins, Jason Babin, Phillip Hunt, Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Cedric Thornton, Vinny Curry, Darryl Tapp

Last spot came down to Tapp or Dixon & I decided to go with Tapp since he's had the better pre-season(despite some of the idiotic penalties he has taken) & he can also play DT if we need him too.

LB (6, 40) Mychal Kendricks, Demeco Ryans, Akeem Jordan, Jamar Chaney, Casey Matthews, Keenan Clayton

WHAT? Brian Rolle goes from starter in the 3rd pre-season game to cut? I've always been intrigued by Clayton's skill set & he is better on Special Teams & if it were in a emergency situation could fill in at safety

DB (10, 50) Nnamdi Asomugha, Nate Allen, Kurt Coleman, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Curtis Marsh, Oj Atogwe, Joselio Hanson, Brandon Boykin, Jaiqwuan Jarrett, Brandon Hughes

Yes Jarrett had a horrible game against the Steelers but he's been better since & I don't think they'd get rid of a 2nd round pick this fast.

ST (3, 53) Alex Henery, Mat McBriar, Jon Dorenbos

They decide to go with the vet over the 2nd year man at punter
