At least when it was Vin-sanity or Lin-sanity, it fit because the person's Last name contained the actual word that was being morphed into the nickname. It was still lazy and unoriginal, but it wasn't flat out ridiculous.

Foles-sanity? It's lazy. It's beyond weak. It's ridiculously stupid. It's neither clever nor original.

I can't be alone in feeling like this. Please stand up Eagles fans and cry out that we are going to stop this before it gets out of hand.

Now, I am a huge fan of providing a resolution when discussing a pending issue, but in this case I am coming up a little light in the alternate nickname suggestion department. I don't like to force nicknames. I like to let them happen naturally.

All I got right now is Mr. WonderFoles. And I'm not married to it, but it is far better than Foles-sanity. Just saying or reading it makes me feel like this.
