So I was just listening to 94.1 and Ike Reese and Hollis Thomas were on there talking about how the Eagles DT's are not well equipped to keep the offensive lineman off of the LB's. From what they were saying our smaller LB's will not do well if the DT's do not start to "follow the Oline to the play". They also said that we will NEED to pull our DE's in more on first down and other possible run downs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They also were adamant that Kendricks would be better playing the "Will". Saying that if the Eagles let him roam side line to side line, with his athleticism that he would be a play making monster. Having him account for the TE and then play the run handicaps him.------------------------------ --------------------------------------------- It seems to be logical about moving the DE's in because that's what we had to do last year. I know Wash was new and there was no OTA's.....but it's hard for me to believe after watching last week that they're wrong. That pulling are DE's in will not be necessary. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- As far as Kendricks is concerned, I am not an expert and I am hearing polar opposite opinions so I have no real opinion except wait and see. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I can tell you that last week was discouraging and this has caused me some further concern. What do you guys think?
