All three of the Eagles' NFC East rivals will be in action tonight and with starters scheduled to play around a half, we should actually have a chance to do some real advance scouting.

The Giants are up first against the Jets in an intrastadium rivalry game that starts at 7:00pm. As meaningless preseason games go, this one is actually pretty interesting and usually gets a bit chippy as each side tries to claim NY/NJ supremacy. The Giants, despite being Super Bowl champs, have taken a back seat to the Jets this offseason as the ESPN/Tim Tebow circus has come to town. Even Eli Manning seemed a bit bugged by the media's total focus on the Jets this offseason, so it should be interesting to see how the Giants react in this one.

The Redskins will start RG3 against Julius Peppers and a good Bears' defense in Chicago at 8pm, while Dallas will take on the Chargers starting at 9pm.
