Tim McManus is the beat writer for 97.5 The Fanatic and formerly contributed at the late Philly Sports Daily. Sheil Kapadia, meanwhile, has been absolutely killing it all offseason at his "Moving the Chains" blog for philly.com.

The new blog doesn't have a name yet (or at least I don't know what it is), but it will eventually be found at PhillyMag.com.

Kudos to Philly Mag, for the excellent hires. They get it. But even bigger kudos to Sheil and Tim, who I've had the pleasure of BS'ing with on the sidelines at Eagles practices. They can now cover the team 24/7. Extremely well-deserved, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that their new site will be an instant must read for Eagles fans, from Day 1.
