Obviously, this discussion will pertain to mere speculation based off of last season and the off-season thus far, but for the past 16 years, at least 5 teams have made the playoffs that didn't make it in the year before. So which teams, who were absent from the 2011 playoffs, have the best shot this coming season, and which teams do you think they'll replace?

My thoughts:

1. Eagles (replace the Giants)

2. Panthers (replace either Saints or Falcons)

3. Chiefs (replace Bengals)

4. Titans (replace Steelers)

5. Bears (replace Lions)

Of course, there will probably be some huge surprise (there always is), but those are harder to guess about this early on. (Once again, I realize it's too early to do any real predictions, but just for the hell of it, who do you think?)
