The Eagles made a small roster move today signing rookie free agent DT Tevita Finau and reaching an injury settlement with DE Maurice Fountain.

Tevita Finau (which the Eagles were kind enough to point is pronounced (tuh-VEE-tuh FEE-now) comes from Hawaii, but like seemingly so many Hawaiians played his college football in the state of Utah. Finau (6-4, 283), had a massive game for Utah as a senior in the Sun Bowl where he recorded a career high 10 tackles in their win over Georgia Tech.

Finau joins a pretty crowded DT position that includes Cullen Jenkins, 1st round pick Fletcher Cox, Derek Landri, a now healthy Antonio Dixon and a hopefully healthy Mike Patterson.
