But no matter how true any of those assertions turn out to be, it's still going to be up to Vick to cash them in.

Darryl Tapp, the Philadelphia Eagles defensive end from Deep Creek and Virginia Tech, and his wife Tiffany have established a $600,000 charitable fund with the Southeast Virginia Community Foundation, which will be marked Friday during a 5 p.m. sports clinic at the Joseph E. Parker Recreation Center, 2430 Turnpike Rd. in Portsmouth.
