I figured I'd give a mock draft a try, feel free to praise or criticize all you like. I'm not doing any trades in my mock even though there will probably be a lot tonight
First Pick: Indianapolis Colts select Andrew Luck from Stanford
Colts quickly replace Peyton Manning with another franchise QB in Luck
Second Pick: Washington Redskins select Robert Griffin III from Baylor
Redskins finally find their franchise QB
Third Pick: Minnesota Vikings select Matt Kalil from Southern Cal
Having to go up against Matthews & Peppers twice a year the Vikings decide to protect Ponder with Kalil
Fourth Pick: Cleveland Browns select Trent Richardson from Alabama
If the Browns are going to go forward with Colt McCoy as their QB they have to get help for him, they do it by getting him the best RB in the draft
Fifth Pick: Tampa Bay Buccaneers select Morris Claiborne from Louisiana State
Being in the same division as Brees, Newton, & Ryan the Bucs get the best CB in the draft
Sixth Pick: St Louis Rams select Justin Blackmon from Oklahoma State
Rams get Sam Bradford a target to throw to by choosing Blackmon over Floyd
Seventh Pick: Jacksonville Jaguars select Fletcher Cox from Mississippi State
Jaguars need another pass rusher to help Jeremy Mincey they get that with Cox
Eighth Pick: Miami Dolphins select Ryan Tannehill from Texas A&M
The Dolphins have been trying to replace Dan Marino forever they try again by reuniting Tannehill with his college coach Mike Sherman who is the OC
Ninth Pick: Carolina Panthers select Luke Kuechly from Boston College
Jon Beason & Thomas Davis have had trouble staying healthy so the Panthers take the guy many have said is the most sure pick in this draft to help there LB core
Tenth Pick: Buffalo Bills select Michael Floyd from Notre Dame
After adding Mario Williams in free agency the Bills decide to add Floyd & have a good WR combo with him & Stevie Johnson
Eleventh Pick: Kansas City Chiefs select Stephon Gilmore from South Carolina
After losing Brandon Carr to the Cowboys the Chiefs replace him with Gilmore to go up against Manning, Rivers & Palmer
Twelfth Pick: Seattle Seahawks select Chandler Jones from Syracuse
Seahawks add another DL to go along with Chris Clemons
Thirteenth Pick: Arizona Cardinals select Riley Reiff from Iowa
If the Cards want to win the NFC West they have to protect Kevin Kolb they start in the right direction by adding Reiff
Fourteenth Pick: Dallas Cowboys select Mark Barron from Alabama
Cowboys solve their safety problems by adding Barron

Matt Birk is 35 so Konz would be his eventual replacement for now he can fill Grubbs spot who left for the Saints

49ers coach Jim Harbaugh likes two TE sets so he selects someone he's familiar with who happens to be the best TE in this draft & will make a really good combo with Davis
Thirty first Pick: New England Patriots select Kendall Reyes from Connecticut
Reyes gives Belichick another versatile DL to use on his defense
Thirty second Pick: New York Giants select Doug Martin from Boise State
After cutting Brandon Jacobs the Giants get Martin to form probably a better one two combo with Bradshaw
