So clearly former GM Polian believes the draft is critical for a teams long term success. He brakes players down into two categories. Blues or blue chips and reds. He states, the more blues the better BUT reds are the mortar to the bricks.

Bill Polian took a look at the last three draft years for every team except his old team the Colts. He singled out some blues and top value picks. I will not list all of the teams picks to save me time. The top value picks are players selected out of round 1 that are blues.
