Free agency started off kind of slow for me, kinda like watching paint dry. It soon started heating up with Mathis coming back, the signing of Desean, and Cole/Herremans extensions. Things looked great. Never saw the Ryan's trade coming either ( can't wait to cop that new 59 unless Nike fucks up our jerseys). Hopefully we can get Shady this year and we are set with our core player being lockdown til 2014. Now we did great but we are far from being an elite team that can lift the Lombardy trophy next year. A couple of moves and I can see it happening real soon though. Asante rumored to be traded, which I agree with (we all know he doesn't fit the scheme anymore) but I can't see us just giving him away for nothing either. Personally I'd like to see him go to the Vikings for Erin Henderson and the swapping of our 3rd rounders but that's me and my thought. I also think we should bring in Amobi Okoye he's young, cheap and Washburn will bring out his inner beast. No it's looking better and I think we can feel in the rest through the draft. Our defense was horrendous but our offense was just as bad to me, maybe even worse. 5 4th quarter losses while only managing 3 points is a joke that I would like to see addressed real early in the draft. Assuming we don't sigh Plax. DT is very deep in this draft and I think we can find a decent one in the Mid to late 2nd. So this is what I would do. 1st round: Dre Kirkpatrick (Jenkins is to small and will always lose the jump ball) 2nd round: Mohammed Sanu ( Can be on outside or slot) 2nd round: Kendall Reyes 3rd round: Laderuis Green ( inside the redzone with Sanu, Maclin and Celek. I think our scoring just went up 70%.) 3rd round: Benard Pierce 4th round: Vontaze Burfict ( yes I'd still get him. Imagine Burfict/ Ryans/ Henderson MAN hold up) 5th and 6th rounders.
