The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms on a five-year contract with wide receiver DeSean Jackson, the team announced Wednesday.
Jackson will earn $48.5 million over five seasons, league sources told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora.
"We are thrilled to be able to keep one of the NFL's top playmakers in Philadelphia," Eagles coachAndy Reid said, via the team.
The team applied the franchise tag to Jackson before the deadline to do so earlier this month.
