Predict the Schedule

No, not the results, try to come up with how you think the schedule will turn out, how you would like it to be, or a mix of both. I figure this is interactive, yet a nice change-up from seeing 30000 mock off-seasons

Star-divide

We play:

Home:
Giants, Cowboys, Redskins, Lions, Panthers, Falcons, Ravens, Bengals

Road:
Giants, Cowboys, Redskins, Saints, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Steelers, Browns

Guidelines:

3 Sunday Night Games, 1 Monday Night Game, 1 Thursday Night game, 3 4:15 PM games, Week 17 1pm (flex)
(Keep in mind, more Thursday games, every team gets primetime game)

We usually open against common teams (i.e. Rams, Packers) and it usually rotates from Home-Away, and the league shies away from divisional, so it figures to be Carolina. That being said, here's my crack at it:

1. Carolina- 1 PM

2. Detroit- 1 PM

3. @ Dallas- SNF

4. Washington- 1 PM

5.@ Pittsburgh- 4:15 PM

6.@ Tampa Bay- 1 PM

7. New York- 4:15 PM

8. Atlanta- 1 PM

9.-BYE-

10. @ New Orleans- SNF

11. @ Cleveland- Thurs.

12. @ Arizona- MNF

13. Baltimore- 4:15

14. @ New York- SNF

15. Cincinnati- 1 PM

16. @ Washington- 1 PM

17. Cowboys- 1 PM (flex)

There you have it, take a crack at one.

It's amazing

that the farthest west the Eagles have to travel next year is to Dallas/Arizona. Thankfully there are no potential Thursday trips to Seattle or SF/SD/OAK.

Btw, I would love to have the Saints game after the bye. Saints, Giants, Cowboys, or Lions would be my top choices for post-bye game.

And lastly, that is looking like a BRUTAL schedule right now. (Not the order; just the teams)

Yeah thats what i’m hoping for. The schedule looks extremely tough, that’s why I hope we don’t rely solely upon rookies to come in and try to match up with some of these teams. It’ll be interesting, if we make it we certainly will have to earn it.

you put all 5 night games

on the road? That won’t happen. I think the first game will be either at Saints or Bucs. I think I may have to take my first ever trip to Phoenix, since that’s as close as they come to my hometown of Denver.

Good call, I’d switch the Giants game times then.

I don’t think it’ll be the Saints, but i could see Tampa.

I saw something in Peter King’s MMQB about the Eagles being their opponent in the Regular Season opener on Thursday night. I think that would be win/win. We get to play earlier in the week against the SB champs, and we get a longer break between that and week 2’s game.

He listed who the Giants play at home, but the NFL doesn’t like division games week 1 any more so it’ll probably be NY-GB or NY-NO he said.

Pitt game could be our opener on Sunday night
