can’t afford to burn bridges in the NFL. By playing the good soldier and by not being too upset, he gets a chance to catch back on wih the Patriots – or perhaps catch on with another team.

Plus, chances are good the guy would have just been watching the Super Bowl from the bench anyway – I do hope the Pats at least gave him a ticket to watch the game, because even as a bench warmer/inactive player/practice body, he still worked hard for them this year.
