I'd take that bet

I’d say not more than 2 of them run a legit sub-4.3.

Of course, at their pro days, I’d say all of them run sub 4.3

Oh, I wasn’t listing players who would run 4.2s. I was answering the questions.

i’d say claiborne and RG3 will have a sub 4.4 40

rainey and travis benjamin are probably the only guys that will run sub 4.3. these are football players with proven track speed.

i wouldn’t put $20 bucks that blackman can run a sub 4.5 40. especially not a lazer time.

Give me...

Unfrt 4.3 (Joe Adams)
Russel Wilson
Chris Rainey
Justin Blackmon
Dre Kirkpatrick
Chris Rainey

Rainey runs a slightly faster 40 to beat out Adams.

Why do people always think I'm playing the Race Card???
Is it because I'm black???

by Qwest on Feb 21, 2012 4:18 PM EST reply actions

no way dre kikpatrick runs a 4.3. maybe a 4.47 to 4.53. and definitely not blackman.

Those are repplies to each question. I think.

I would love for the Eagles to add Rainey.

Yes, Wild_Eagle's infamous reputation did help him get this award. But he shows that he walks the talk that he serves...with his keyboard. Although he may be crude and unnecessary, all great defenders draws the yellow flag from time to time.

Wow

Does anyone actually expect Russel Wilson to beat RGIII? And I would bet my mortgage that Blackmon out-jumps Jeffery.

u would bet your mortgage that the 6'1 guy out jumps the 6'4 guy

id hold that bet…….. not saying blackmon cant do it, but thats not a bet id be so confident about

They measure the jump form the highest point of a player (arms fully extended upward) so height doesn’t really matter. Weight is actually a negative to Jeffery, usually a heavier person will jump less.

by McMuffin on Feb 21, 2012 8:22 PM EST up reply actions

It's based on individual height.

As a student at UF...

I will say that Rainey could be a very good player especially in the slot but he needs to add a lot of muscle…also Janoris Jenkins will be a better player than Claiborne..last year he held Julio Jones and AJ Green to a combined total of 61 yards

by actionjackson1 on Feb 21, 2012 4:57 PM EST reply actions

jenkins is a great corner and very competitive. I’d say that jenkins will be a good nfl corner. but his size and lack of dicipline will get him exposed in the nfl.

claiborne has revis like potential in the nfl. he does not make ANY mistakes. plus, he has excellent straightline/recovery speed.

by balaramesh on Feb 21, 2012 6:22 PM EST up reply actions

I'm sorry.

Claiborn >>>>>>>>>>>> Jenkins.

As far as Wilson goes

He would do well to skip the combine. Once he checks in at 5’10"…kiss the NFL good bye.

Well, I'm picking the favorites for everything

as far as the pick ‘ems go…I’m going Jeffrey and Rainey

Michael Floyd

is going to be the best WR coming out of the 2012 draft going into the NFL just mark my words. We would be stupid to pass up on him if he’s still around at #15.
This is like having Calvin Johnson on our team. Vick+Jackson+Floyd+Maclin+Avant+Celek+Harbor+McCoy= Insane!
