Eagles injury news: Kurt Coleman, LeSean McCoy, Michael Vick out for Sunday

Jennifer Stewart-US PRESSWIRE

The Eagles will be down another couple key players Sunday when they travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Bucs this Sunday.

Kurt Coleman has been ruled out with a sternum injury, but I doubt fans will be seeing that as big loss. Colt Anderson will get the start in his place.

Not surprisingly, Michael Vick & LeSean McCoy have been ruled out as neither have passed their baseline concussion tests. Vick would only have been a backup this week anyway, so really no change there. Bryce Brown will make his 3rd start in place of McCoy.

Finally, Mike Patterson will be out with what the Eagles say is pneumonia. Kind of a bummer for Patterson who has played pretty well since coming back from offseason brain surgery. He should be back next week though. The good news for the DTs is that Fletcher Cox is expected to play despite a bruised tailbone.
