Check out our 2013 Eagles mock draft central for more opinions on who could be the #4 pick in April.

At this point in the mock draft process, which is almost as early as you can get, there tends to be a lot of "consensus." The fact is that no one really knows who will rise and fall in the pre-draft process so we tend to see the same 30 players just jumbled around for a few months before mock drafts really begin in earnest.

But Russ Lande, who is a long-time draft guy, shook things up a bit in his latest mock with some new names and surprise picks. Well, for other teams that is...

For the Eagles, he has them taking Luke Joeckel, OT from Texas A&M. He is not the first OL off the board though, as Lande has the Raiders taking his teammate OT Jake Matthews at #3.

Outside of that though he's got DT Star Lotuleilei going #1 overall and Bjoern Werner from Florida St. going #2.

The first QB off his board is NC State's Mike Glennon at #7 to the Bills. Matt Barkley is high in his draft than in many others going #11 to the Cardinals. Geno Smith ends up with the Jets at #14.

Like most, he also has Manti Te'o dropping into the later half of the round, going to the Giants at #20.
