Why the Redzone troubles?

Apologies to the BGN if this post was suppose to be a fanpost or a fanshot, I'm pretty new to the site so my bad. I'm just trying to get something off my chest about what I've seen for the past few years with the Eagles offense and the Redzone problems. Mind you I'm not writing this in hindsight to today's game, it's actually the end of the first quarter but I just had to get something off my chest.

What's up with the lack of passing in the Redzone? Why don't we pass the ball more often? I feel like Mornhinweg and Reid are scared to throw the ball in the endzone. I mostly see McCoy take it in, some sort of desperate pitch to McCoy, a Vick designed run, or something to that effect instead of a damn pass. Can anyone enlighten me as to why this is? Since we seem to turn the ball over anyway we might as well just give it to Vick to pass since he does a damn good job of fumbling on his own in the endzone or just in general. I'm sick of this shit, not looking like a real NFL team...I feel like every other team in the league doesn't have to come up with some crazy scheme to get in the endzone from the 10 yard line like us.

Also someone tell me why in the hell does Vick keep turning over the ball? Is he mentally damaged? I feel like we have a schizo playing QB...sometimes he's great and on point and tries his hardest to help the Eagles win, other times he looks like he's happy to play for the opposing team...today it's the Steelers and he looks like he belongs in Black and Gold.

Please feel free to rip me but I'm speaking my mind...
