The Eagles gave up 27 touchdown passes last season despite having rich talent at the cornerback position. That figure ranked 24th in the NFL, and that stat DOES mean something. They were 30th in red zone defense. They tied for 17th in the league in interceptions, despite tying for the league lead in sacks. When you're getting such good pressure, it ought to convert into turnovers. It didn't.

That would be fine with me. Luke is my favorite player in the draft. I want the Eagles to get him. That doesn’t mean he’s the only answer out there. I would be fine with the Eagles signing a guy like Curtis Lofton to settle MLB for the next 5 years. Or go get a band-aid like London Fletcher for the next 2 years. Then we can use pick 15 on a WR or impact DT or OLB or whatever.

You have you’re own little bs spin, you’re a hypocrite… TL said repeatedly in his posts that Spags is the best option as the DC next year, and he would feel better with a more experienced upgrade at DC…

Interesting draft

I say either WR or MLB in the first round. And the one we don’t get I would rather deal with in FA. But I rather FA a MLB with veteran skills and draft a WR since this class is stacked and special. AND please a big possession WR. I’m sick of tiny speed guys who fail to show up against top 10 defenses.
