First off, Keep Andy, Keep Juan. I liked what I saw in the defense towards later in the year. Marty? Toss his ass. Bring in some fresh meat at offensive coordinator. I want real west coast football played by The Eagles. Marty is a great coach, with a shitty system.
I felt the eagles went too young, too fast. No Vets, no leadership. I laugh all the time on bgn when I see a fan-post about how Coleman is becoming a leader, or how Allen is developing in a leader in a locker room. Honestly no, the team is lost, the team is too young with not enough chemistry. My say on this...patience. Next year is the year baby.
One thing I never got about Marty is the offense we ran. This would be my offense with our skill sets maximizing every ones potential.
Tons of two tight end sets, tons of pounding the rock playing dirty football. Check this out, we pound the ball, then play-action and deep pass. Thats how this offense will work. Desean Jackson numbers would shoot in the air if we ran the ball more. It would open the pass period.
BIGGEST FAILURE WE DID THIS YEAR.
Letting Ryan Grigson go and becoming a General Manager for the Indianapolis Colts. This guy was the shit, I know he was involved in alot of our draft picks, trades, etc. But worst thing we did was not back Grigson our GM back in 2010. Freak Howie.

You know what’s funny? I searched fanposts for “allen leader” and “coleman leader” and there were no fanposts that called either of them leaders.

btw nate allen, brandon graham, jamar chaney, kurt coleman, possibly brian rolle will all be very good eagle players for years to come. we are young and talented people.. young.. we need to be wise..patience.

What the Eagles did wrong?
Simple, they lost games.

They let Andy hire Marty, Mcdermitt, and Juan.
A rotting corpse would be a better OC than Marty.
Juan Castillo is a goddamn disgrace.
And Marty is a drooling moron. And Andy Reid is a mediocre coach at best. That’s three things they did wrong.
God Damn you, Andy Reid.
The fat queen has failed us again. Reid must go.
WHY keep Andy?
He has not won a playoff game in three years, only been in two playoff games in three years. Gets crushed in his playoff games. For Example, 16 pts against Packers, 10 pts against Cowboys, 3 pts against Carolina, 10 pts against Bucs, and i can keep going!!!!! That is not always QB’s fault, that is a bad philosophy….time is yours…
There were many more reasons we lost that game
Than Akers missing two FGs. For one, Jones let a TD slip right through his hands that would have put us in a deep hole…bullet dodged there. Plus, we let their 3rd string RB gash us for about 130 yds. Not to mention a somewhat ill-advised jump ball to Riley when we had more than enough time to drive it closer.
I’m not against Andy as a coach, but he seems to have topped out. He’s good, he seems to be lacking that extra something to get him over the hump. It looks like he’s destined to top out at “very good”. Sometimes, you just gotta move on from that (e.g., Landry, Dungy)
why keep andy? because hes a damn good football coach surrounded by personnel. get rid of marty..keep juan. bring in a real damn secondary coach, i knew johnny lynn was going to be a bust from the start. i want saints quarterback coach for our offense, or possibly even hue jackson. i think hue jackson could really put some heat in our offense, players would be more open to a cool coach rather than deushy morinweg whos trying to fight the greatest defensive line coach in the game..jim washburn.

Namdey Asomgua sucks.We should have signed Antoneo Cromote so he could have taught his brother, cousin, son or however they are related how to play in teh slotz.I also h8 his nice guy act. I herd he blows through teh hoes faster than runningbacks thru our dfense.
