Don't overlook the Eagles in 2012 or else!

The eagles will be a power next year. I say that ,not because of their 4-0 finish, but because of the adversity they went through all season. Unlike many teams who fall apart and go 3-13, the Eagles stuck together and never pointed fingers at each other! They GREW as a TEAM as the year wore on and as a result , came together as a TEAM! The F/a's they signed in training camp, never had time to become Eagles in their Hearts.Nnamdi, Jenkins, Babin, DRC, Hunt, Landri, and draft choices Matthews, Marsh, Rolle and others had their heads spinning with all the NEW Systems they had to learn. Plus they had to learn to play as a unit, all in a space of 1 month! No way! I say, just because you signed a big contract, that doesn't mean you automattically LOVE the team or your Team-mates!! How can you put out the effort it takes to stop another teams running game, if your head is somewhere between the Last team you played for and the Eagles? Can not be done, and the Eagles, this year, proved this. As the year wore on, the Eagles D learned the System and learned how to play as a unit. For example, the Eagles, in the beginning of the season, had trouble with containment, all over the field! The tacklers were taking wrong paths to the Ballcarrier and the result , Containment was lost! They IMPROVED alot as the season went on and will continue to improve at the teams OTA's this Off-Season. And, another thing that did not help was Vince Young spewing that STUPID DREAM TEAM statement. He should have kept his Big Mouth SHUT! HE did not have any knowledge of the Eagles and how they operate. That one statement Made EVERYONE think that is how all Eagle fans felt! It put a WANTED POSTER on the Eagles, one they could not shake early on!

I believe the Eagles need a Back-up QB, MLB, A BIG TOUGH D-Lineman, OLB,(Strong side),Safety. It would help if Vick would learn to get rid of the ball and STOP taking the big hits. One play is one play, one Injury is 3 games, or approx. 190 PLAYS, so you decide. I say after an off season of OTA's, mini camps , and a few more PLAYERS, Watch out for the Eagles in 2012!!!!
